Responsible Gaming — Shuvo Gaming
Gaming should be a source of fun, not stress. At Shuvo Gaming, we believe real enjoyment comes from players staying healthy and happy — which is why we're here to help you build safe gaming habits.
What We Do for Responsible Gaming
Shuvo Gaming is more than just a gaming platform — we care about your well-being and financial security too.
Set Deposit Limits
Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. On Shuvo Gaming, limits take effect immediately, and any increase requires a 24-hour waiting period.
Time Limits & Session Reminders
Decide how long you'll play before you start. Once your set time is up, Shuvo Gaming will automatically send you an alert. Keeping track of your time is the first step toward responsible gaming.
Cooling-Off Period
When you feel like you need a break, you can temporarily suspend your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days. You won't be able to log in during this period.
Self-Exclusion
If you need a long-term break from gaming, Shuvo Gaming offers a self-exclusion option. You can permanently deactivate your account for a period ranging from 6 months to 5 years.
Gaming History Review
You can view your full gaming and transaction history at any time. Reviewing your habits makes it easier to stay aware and make informed decisions.
Minor Protection
Shuvo Gaming strictly enforces an 18+ policy. KYC documentation is mandatory for account verification. If you have children at home, use the account lock feature on your device.
Recognize the Warning Signs
Staying aware of your own behavior is key to responsible gaming. Watch out for any of the signs below.
Spending Beyond Your Budget
Betting beyond your set limits or playing more to chase losses — these are the first warning signs of a problem.
Losing Track of Time
Losing track of how long you've been playing, or skipping sleep and work to keep gaming.
Mood Swings
Getting unusually angry or upset after a loss, and only feeling good when you win — this emotional dependency is a sign of a problem.
Relationship Strain
Hiding your gaming from family or friends, or having arguments because of it.
Debt or Financial Hardship
Borrowing money, draining savings, or cutting essential expenses to fund gaming.
Unable to Stop
Repeatedly returning after trying to quit, with a "just a little more" mindset.
Neglecting Work or Studies
Being unable to focus on work or studies because of gaming.
Lying or Hiding
Hiding from family how much you've played or how much BDT you've lost.
Keep in mind: If you recognize one or more of these signs in yourself, don't be ashamed — reach out for help. The Shuvo Gaming support team will assist you without judgment.
